*Disclaimer: I recorded this about 2 months ago* I didn't plan on broadcasting this to the world in the midst of it all but I felt it was important to share. It feels easier to share something like this once you've processed it all but I think there's also a lot of value in sharing something when it hasn't been made pretty or been processed through yet. So, here is a very raw episode where I share how I'm feeling and what is helping me get out of a flare of depression and anxiety. I also lead us through a meditation where we can pray and process how God looks at us in the midst of our depression and anxiety.

- Closing tips...Write Scripture that fights the negative thoughts and put it up all around your room, car, kitchen, etc where you'll see it
- Do just ONE thing today that will make it 1% better. Just one thing. It can be calling a friend, lighting a candle, etc.
